This property is a true nature sanctuary, where you wake up to the cool, fresh air and breathtaking mountain views framed by towering, lush trees. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Al fresco dining is available at an additional charge of Rs 5000 - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet per unit at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per pet per day and a Refundable SD of Rs 2500 HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - StayVista does not provide or supply any music or audio at the Property. - In case you would like to host an event at the Property, StayVista will assist you in obtaining the necessary licenses for hosting the event. - The cottages are set along an inclined hillside, with exotic rooms situated at the top, while comfort rooms are at the base for easy access. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. POLICIES - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
